Community design project and pop up sculpture
Flock is an opportunity to create, design and contribute to a growing national art project, using free reign pattern and mark making, to design a fabulous range of elaborate black and white birds.
Working to a simple pre-cut outline within a strong design concept, participants are invited to draw, decorate, embellish and enhance two feathered friends, using white posca pens on an upcycled black template. One to join our flock and one to take home. Indoor or outdoor.
I have delivered this simple, easy, inviting and addictive illustration activity for all ages at multiple venues and organisations and am planning to swoop down to many more in the months to come, gradually developing a national flock for a very multitudinous roost.
